What the Role Is:We are looking for a tech-savvy, entry-level individual with a baseline knowledge of cars to join us as a Technician’s Helper & Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) Specialist.Instead of being thrown straight into complex flat-rate repairs, you will be the ultimate right-hand helper to our senior technicians. You will manage the flow of vehicles and handle our digital inspections. By taking the time-consuming inspection process off our master techs' plates, you allow them to focus on repairs, while you get an upfront, hands-on seat to learn exactly how professional diagnostics and repairs are done.Key Responsibilities:Shop Flow: Safely and correctly drive, rack, and lift customer vehicles on our shop lifts.Digital Inspections (DVI): Use a shop tablet to perform thorough vehicle inspections—taking clear photos of parts, assessing tire wear, checking fluid levels, and documenting overall vehicle health.Tech Support: Assist our experienced technicians with setups, tool management, and heavy lifting as needed.Shop Pride: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
